Every piece is custom-made by hand, and we work in the exact order of when items are purchased. Please let us know prior to placing your order if there is a specific deadline you need something for. To ensure an optimal fit, we recommend including your measurements in inches or centimetres in the order notes. When purchasing an item, please select the size which you most often wear. If your size is not listed, let us know in the order notes and we will make the item to fit your measurements. We are able to accommodate all sizes and customizations. Don't be afraid to reach out if you have any other questions regarding sizing! We are always happy to help.

We are able to accommodate most requests for customizations to existing styles. If you are interested in a different trim, length, colour scheme, material or something of the like, we are happy to adapt! However, please understand that this may result in a delay or an additional cost. Please reach out with any of your requests regarding personalization.

Organic cotton

Organic cotton has a lower impact on the environment than conventional cotton, as it is produced without the use of pesticides and requires less water to produce. It is made with non-toxic, low-impact dyes.

Pakucho cotton

Pakucho comes from the ancient Incan word for "brown cotton". It naturally grows in the 6 incredible colours we offer, meaning that it is completely free from dyes. Pakucho cotton supports biodiversity, as global cotton demand is overwhelmingly for white cotton. It is EKO Certified Organic by the USDA, GOTS, SKAL, and is Certified Fair Trade by Control Union Fair Choice.

Pima Cotton

Pima cotton has longer fibres than standard cotton, making it more durable with a softer texture. It is lightweight and offers a light natural sheen.

Peruvian Highland Wool

We love this wool for cold weather designs. It’s durable and warm, making it perfect for our heirloom sweaters and more.

Alpaca

Alpacas produce a type of wool that is softer than conventional wool, with a natural texture and varying colours.

Silk and Mohair

Our silk/mohair blend is a very special texture that you have to feel to believe. Super kid mohair offers its's signature fluffy texture, while mulberry silk provides a beautiful natural sheen. This texture is dimensional in the light, and best of all, it comes from nature.
